He is supported by a small team of associates with backgrounds in teaching, school management, executive recruitment, people management.

Neville Lyngcoln

Principal Consultant

Neville has more than 30 years experience in the non-government education sector.

 

Before he founded Lyngcoln Consulting, he was Principal of Yarra Valley Grammar (1997 - 2009). In this role, Neville consolidated decades of expertise in all aspects of school management including strategic planning, board and stakeholder liaison, management and leadership of staff, as well as governance, policy and compliance.

 

Neville is experienced in working with stakeholder groups within a school community. He has a deep appreciation of the current challenges of leadership and the diverse skills required to manage a robust school community.

 

Neville has an extensive network in the education sector and his advice is widely sought on issues and challenges facing Boards and Principals.

 

Neville is an Honorary Member of Association of Heads of Independent Schools of Australia (AHISA) and has served on several national bodies:

  • Chair, Australian Principals Associations Professional Development Council (APAPDC) 2007 & 2008

Rosie Rowe

Senior Associate

Rosie is an expert in leadership, organisational change and people management.

 

She spent more than two decades working at executive and senior management level in health, telecommunications and natural resources before establishing her own consultancy working primarily with independent schools.

 

She specialises in executive recruitment, organisational structure and function review, change management, leadership development and executive coaching. 

 

Rosie is experienced in developing a high-performance culture within organisations, driving innovation and leading change. Her initiatives have turned organisations around, financially and culturally, and her work has been recognised with multiple awards.

 

As a regulatory manager at leading Australian telco, Rosie gained experience in compliance, negotiation and managing risk. She also managed diverse stakeholder expectations while meeting business imperatives.

​Rosie has experience as a non-Executive Director on five Boards in sectors including independent schools, health and human services
